LLumar backs its film with a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty against cracking, peeling, bubbling, and unusual color change. Exzact is an authorized LLumar SelectPro dealer, so that coverage is registered to you and honored right here.
This is the warranty on the film itself, defects LLumar is responsible for, not accidents. Here's what it includes.
Film that cracks under normal use is a manufacturer defect, and it's covered.
Film that lifts, bubbles, or separates from the glass falls under the warranty.
An unusual shift in color, like fading toward purple, is a defect LLumar stands behind.
If the metallized layer in the film breaks down and turns hazy, that's covered too.
Coverage applies when the film is used as intended. If the tint job itself violates a law, the manufacturer's warranty through LLumar is voided. Applies in the USA and Canada; certain restrictions apply.
LLumar film is made in the USA by Eastman Chemical Company and built to meet international testing standards. Even the best film won't perform if it isn't put on right, which is why the warranty runs through an authorized dealer.
Because we register every install as an authorized dealer, you're not stuck on hold with a manufacturer hotline, and you don't have to hang onto a folder of paperwork. We keep a record of what film went on your car, home, or business and when, so if a question ever comes up, we can pull it up. Any warranty question starts with a call, a text, or a stop by the shop at 21929 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Unit 3.
On vehicles, Exzact also backs the film against damage the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover: scratches, dings, rips, tears, vandalism, and break-ins. We honor that coverage for as long as you own the vehicle. It's non-transferable, and separate from LLumar's manufacturer warranty. Ask us for details when you book.
